All About Lakewood…. The best place to live and buy in Dallas?
Been thoroughly enjoying this Spring market of 2012 and I have especially enjoyed and spent most of my time with clients in Lakewood.
This area of Dallas has so much culture and such a different community feel than any neighborhood in Dallas that I know of. People in Lakewood are passionate about their home neighborhood, the restaurants, White Rock Lake, the shops and the nightlife. The majority of my clients who have been looking in Lakewood have been either first-time home buyers, or buyers who are looking to make at least a 5 year commitment to start a family in at least a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in yard for a dog, or for kids to play!
When I work with home-buyers, whether it be first-time home buyers, or buyers who are looking to make a smart purchase that is good for resale and they ask me what neighborhood I like… Lakewood is the mainstay. My Mom has been in the business for over 12 years and she and the majority of some of the most business savvy professionals at our office will tell you the same thing. We all agree that Lakewood is here to stay. Not only is it a beautiful neighborhood with so much to offer, but it is up and coming, here to stay and over all, just a smart place to buy. We see nothing but good things for the future of this wonderful neighborhood. With Stonewall Jackson and Lakewood elementary schools, it is such a smart choice for buyers. You can’t go wrong in Lakewood.
I love so many areas in Dallas; Devonshire, Bluffview, Turtle Creek, Uptown, Highland Park, but Lakewood is on the rise like no other. A wonderful investment.
